When will this be an RC webinar?

She talked to 'my guys' about local permits - the challenges with various municipalities, etc. The one take-away that you all can use when dealing with 'bureaucratic systems' is to make them feel powerful and ask them (kindly) for help. She said she always asks them "Can you please help me?"

Apparently, it works. Kill 'em with kindness.
