What is that one tool that you bought that has made your work more productive or enjoyable?

This is my favorite tool. 7 years old and been through hell, on its last legs I'm afraid.

Do you religiously let the battery go full down before going on the charger? That is like a world record for life.
Dewalt is my battery tools as well.

I let my batteries on my rigid tools sit over night and go through the deep cycle charge.
4 years and they are still good to go. Your first 4-5 charges should be deep cycle charges to condition the batteries properly

Unbelievably its on its second set of batteries, I've never topped off a battery charge, let them go mostly dead before charging, never left batteries in sun (overheats them), also drill has been in constant use, I think the batteries go bad sitting for long periods of time. Last winter I did complete electrical and plumbing on 1200 sq ft unit, its the only drill I had so it got hammered bad.

The most important tool for the remodeler is a Sawzall, followed by a Multimaster.

I'd have to say SCMS and impact gun. I couldn't imagine myself without either one.

He shopped at flea market's dumb ass.
You set him on the right path with his 5 dollar sprayer.
You are his hero.

My Hilti impact driver. I love that tool. It has a battery fuel guage.
Bought when the good times were roling. I haven't bought a tool all year I don't think.
....unless you count the Glocks....
