Made one of the smallest dovetail drawer I ever made. It could be smaller, because I could make it less wide. It measures 5 1/4t x 10w x 7 1/4d. I actually found a drawer slide for it too. Accuride makes an 8" and a 6" slide. I am putting the drawer in a cabinet that is 7 1/2 deep. And I am using the 8" slide. I have a 1/2" back and the slide is really 7 13/16" long. I will make a 3/8" groove in the back right where the slide goes. That way it will be a full extension slide instead of 1 1/4" hidden inside.

With a drawer that tiny, you should've made it a double-double.
:laugh3:

If I'm doing a ton of drawers, I just order them anymore.
But I've done a few like that on small furniture pieces. It's a great tool.

No Leigh jig, I use a Relient. Similar to the PC but 1/3 the price. I paid $70 for it 15 years ago.
The Leigh jig requires 8 operations per drawer. To long for production. Nice if you want to have different style pins.

I thought the PC style was easier to use.
I say you got your money's worth out of that huh?

Still getting my monies worth out of it. I really don't see what could go wrong with it. I'm on my second router with it.

That one is a whole lot fancier than mine.
I have an older version that's just a "T" mount--router table only.
