Very nice looking tool. I just fired up my German made hinge boring machine yesterday, its all business and smartly designed.

I like smart tools, since I tend to be not smart often enough.

So it looks on nicey nice now. What happens the first time you do a bevel cut? All that beauty goes bye bye. Be glad you took a picture.:laugh4:

No, it just had a wide gap in it like all the other kinds of saw have.

I like 0 clearance insterts.

Honestly, on a bevel cut, it doesn't open it up much.

Did you get the Bosch Hinge Template Kit (http://www.amazon.com/Bosch-83038-Deluxe-Hinge-Template/dp/B0000224KW)?

We have only used ours once so far but it seems to be the cats ass.

This is a nice standardized form (http://hdsupplysolutions.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ThdsMroUs/Attachment/images/pdf/SlabDoors.pdf)to use with it
