But this is actually a first for me. I have made thousands of bead and cope style doors. But I don't ever recall making a miter door. Sounds easy, but getting 45.00º is really a big feat. Not sure if I attained that accuracy, I think I was off by .05º because I had the slightest of an open on one corner, easily fixed by some clamp pressure.

I had to copy a door profile that a GC brought to me A 2" wide stile/rail with a 3/8" bead with a large quirk. The outer edge has a 1/2" radius cove. The door is a tall skinny one, 10 5/8"w x 70" tall. The panel is a cove style. I didn't have an exact match for the panel, the radius of mine was sharper, but that's as close as I have. I couldn't believe the thickness of the panel, or should I say the thinness. It was only 7/16" thick, I made mine 1/2".

Nice work. Why so tall? Not worried about bowing or warp?

That's the size he asked for. It is an overlay door, Not to worried about it warping. I used standard door practices and I used Maple which is a stable wood. Anyway, because of the length of the door I am not warrantying it.

The only real worry I have are the miters separating, lots of glue and a biscuit in each corner. Should hold for a good long time.

I don't own one yet.

They did make some little 4mm one's though.

That's a lot of door to miter corners.

You have to finish it?

I let the wood sit around for 2 days. It stayed nice and straight.

Finish, not me. It needs to be a shaded lacquer. The guy thinks he is going to stain it HAHAHA. Never going to happen. If he wants me to finsih it, it will cost more than I charged for the door. It will be a big time sucker upper.

You can't make your own out of wood Leo, those don't work right.

I have the toughest time making the magnetic strip out of wood. Usually I use ebony.

Funny.
I can't see the .05º.

It is on the other end of the door and I squeezed it closed with clamps. If there was any small gap it would have been filled by glue, I used a lot more than I usually do. Wanted to make sure it was glued solid. End grain to end grain joints are the weakest.

I always liked the spline joints that I used to do on some 45 degree cabinet doors.
I had one of those Delta tenon jigs that would put a nice groove on the angled cut.

That way you would see the end grain of the spline at the corner of the door when the rails and stiles were joined up.

Never did make anything as big as this door ot Leo's though.
