It will be open access and we need to make sure the documents aren't spam uploads or useless junk cluttering up the server..

There is a voting system on the program..

You give the upload a grade a, b, c etc..

If it goes up and the need for space comes up.. The lower grade documents will be deleted as necessary

I can't get any of the downloads. When I click on a group within the menu tree, I get "Invalid File ID" - see pic. Using latest FF on a mac. Same thing happens in Safari.
