Anyone use one of these?

Good, bad, indifferent?
It seems one way or another I'll
crack the glass about 20% of the time
with a scraper or heat, but this
seems like one of those things that
are too good to be real.
BTW:
HF has a look-a-like.

I don't want to seem impatient.
But I'm curious about this too.

Something about a high speed drill bit attachment that close to glass gives me the chills.
I know about 20 people across the country that do nothing but restore windows. None of them use this thing.

I have one and I've used it. It works well, but you have to make sure you don't tip it, or it will get into the glass.
It also has a tendency to eat some of the wood away fro the mullions or muntins or whatever you call those wood divider things between panes. :rolleyes3:
I thought for a minute that Neo had returned when I saw this thread.

Has anyone heard anything from Neo?
I'm worried about the guy.

He hasn't been on any of the forums since the beginning of Nov. 2010.

Same here. I probably live 2 minutes from him but we've never met nor do I know his name or company.
Crazy. Hope he's well. I know he had some family health issues last year--could be dealing with that.

Last we heard from Neo, here anyway, he had a fresh grandbaby to occupy his time.
Good Luck
