Why do you need that setup to be mobile?

If this is going in a van I'm envious.

Print out contracts and change orders on site.. Spec sheets etc..

I want it to fit in the van, but also light enough to stuff in a nap sack and tote around.. I do lost of estimates on site and produce them on the spot

That is the Plan.. I had most of it in my truck but the Toyota's had the storage built in for most of it.. Need some gear to outfit the van for it

I almost never do estimates on the spot. If it is a single item, sure, but kitchens, custom built ins, runs of wainscoting need to be looked at evaluated and thought about.

Not just the "on the spot" type of a guy I guess.

I can definetly see a mobile office if one spread around a lot of territory.

I have the jotto desk, toughbook and printer but don't use them anymore. We need to sit down in the office to research and really put together something detailed for each project. I hate vague proposals.

Also your printer will freeze in the winter given the chance.

I will sell my Highway Patrol Jotto Desk with built in charger if anyone is interested.

Those Fords do have a great mobile office. printer in the center console. if it wasn't for the crappy ride i would have got me one of those.
