A 700 sq ft turd. I already fixed the roof system, who knew a 700sq ft house could have a 14 sq roof?

Dead end street, acre lot, owner thinks he can turn it. I'm doing a mostly gut remodel. Hey I'm working. I am a professional turd polisher at the moment.

Ya, pretty cozy. Some poor persons dream home built 50 years ago. Not just a square 700 sq ft, and floor sytem is 2x6's. Jacked up the middle of place about 6''s
