I think the closest person here to a Landscaper is Rusk but I think he mostly does Hardscaping. Any others here do any yard work?
I've got a Unilock paver driveway and I really like the look of them when all the joints start to grow moss in them but I can only get moss growing in a few of the joints so far. Anybody know how to speed up the process? Can you buy "moss seed"? I think landscaping is my weakest knowledge point, so this may sound like a stupid question to those in the know.

I heard Rogaine hair treatment for men will grow hair on a billiard ball, I imagine your driveway would be even easier.

Seriously that's all it takes! Thanks! My neighbors already think I'm a little crazy, now when they see me out there feeding my driveway beer and buttermilk they are likely to call the authorities but I will give it a try.

No you can not purchase moss seed.
I don't know what kind of moss you have, but what I did this summer was I took small clippings of my irish moss and rooted about 24 pieces and replanted them in a rocky area that I wanted covered.
Boy did they ever take off once I planted them in the ground.

The trick is to get some moss
(a hand full) put it in a blender
with 2 cups of buttermilk and
2 cups of water.
Mix it on low speed and
pour it in the joints. http://i634.photobucket.com/albums/uu61/neoliticman/smiliethumbsup.gif
Don't ask why I know this. :laugh4:

You can buy moss. We bought some once for a tradeshow from a landscape/garden store.
Yep, there's a website for that http://www.mossacres.com/
