Nothing if you just want to surf/email etc...doesn't look like it's got a hard drive, but usb storage is fine....and a tiny screen.
Looks like a good buy for it's intended purpose, probably won't run too many programs (don't know how you would load 'em anyway).

The Dell RCP posted about looked like a beter deal more memory and such but this has a larger screen.

533 Mghz is pretty slow these days.
Sounds like it's just an older machine that is underpowered by today's standards.
Seems like a fair price.

That thing will frustrate you more then help you, it's WAY too slow, has no memory, and it's running a 10 year old Operating system (Windows CE? That's a phone OS). Pass, spend about 200 more and get something that will run xp at the very least. My $.02
