Hello to all my present brothers of the clod and greetings to those I haven't met:)
I’m ornamental plasterer/restorer. The whole shooting-match – just need a time.
I hear you guys demanding food…what about a drink: beer + plaster …If it doesn’t taste nice, don’t eat it…But I heard on grapevine that helps for virility better than blue pill:grin:

Well, you brought drink, but not much in the way of food. You at least had heard that food was required but.......
Is there no hope? I think bringing food should be mentioned in the rules. Bacon allows one to by-pass a lot. However, the thought of bison steaks has my mouth watering.
I just ate dinner but I'm still hungry. Welcome, Resta, you and your food. :)

You could be right, Mike. Fortunately I don't have it too often any more, but it's the one bad food I like a bit too much. Other than that, I eat pretty good because my system is spoiled and rebels when I don't.
I know most people seem to think that healthy eating is boring and causes you to miss out on something, but the only thing I'm missing is weight gain, being hungry most of the time, and that bogged down, fatigued feeling and lack of stamina.
All our relatives seem to think we eat gourmet because of the ingredients we use, but food is meant to be enjoyed. It's great when you feel good after eating too instaed of hitting a lull 30 minutes after eating because your body is trying to figure out what to do with what you just ate. Man, I don't miss that, and pizza, as much as I love it, does have that effect.
Since I'm not a nutrition Nazi, I do occasionally indulge, but pure water flushes out a lot of toxic waste and puts the body back on track as long as you don't keep pumping in the poisons (aka processed food).
Sorry to stray off topic so much, but I couldn't help agreeing with your statement.
How about some fresh Alaskan Salmon with lemon basil or a white wine dijon sauce? Grilled or broiled of course.

Thanks.
There are home made salmon (coho) from Salmon River. It's not nice served like Cbscreative, but ...everything by our selves - catch, clean, smoke and serve...We doing that like twice per year from coho and steelhead salmon.
