I had to sign another lease today.:laugh3: Otherwise,I wouldn't have thought about it either.

I was pretty worried about it last year being a new side to the business, but it went pretty well.

Thanks for all the well wishes everyone. Tough year coming up, I'll need all of it I cane get.:)

I have a one year lease like you. But I haven't signed a new one since the first one. Giving the check to him automatically renews it for me.

I have two leases, one I pay 3 times a year the other once a year.

Congrats Jason! As long as there are big old houses and buildings there will be work for you in the restoration field, matching profiles. Not a lot of shops out there that can match them.
