We all do it, P&R.

Remodel Crazy only has 2 taboo subjects, Politics and Religion. You can get both at church or a bar, sometimes either place will have both.

We know its gonna come up time to time, no problem, but it cannot become a regular thread topic, I have yet to see how these subjects work well on a forum. Just be cool.

Now I have to go pray.

Thanks

never seen any topic that is based on strong, non-verifyable, opinions and is enjoined by multiple people hiding behind keyboads turn out well.

I do love P&R discusions between me an one or two others around a kitchen table with a few cocktails. Internet forums don't seem to be able to capture the same aura.

It can very easily make you dislike someone you normally would get along fine with.

another example of the wisdom of Freemasonry bleeding over into the general public. They are the two subjects taboo with us, as they tend to disrupt the harmony.

Perhaps some new people do not understand how we really work here. Crazy Talk is not an open-forum 'basement' with no controls. I would much rather see someone put out their own comments with a link to an article rather than resorting only to cut and paste material. If we don't like it, we don't respond.

Like the XIII pope of a forum specific name.

If I use any Bible quotes, I promise they will be non-religious and relevant to the conversation. Besides, my observation of the Bible is that it isn't too big on religion either.

OK, here's my chance to quote the Bible and make it relevant to this thread. "Stay away from foolish arguments."

"If possible, on your part, live at peace with everyone" :)
