Howdy from Northern CA and thanks for the invite, Rory and Paul! Looking forward to the good things you have on the site.

I've been on the design side of construction for over 25 years. Love construction tools, but no one should hand over their compound miter saws just yet - safer for everyone if I just stick to my trusty laser measure.

Looking forward to some good discussions! :D

Hey, I still have all my fingers. There's one calluse where I hold the pencil and an old scar from a nail. Does that count? ;)
