I was finally able to "verify" my website with google and it let me into some stuff I hadn't seen before. Please help me interpret the data.. it is on the attachment. Thanks :)

The pages crawled a day - that is for the spiders that come through & index your pages. It doesn't really mean much unless you are constantly updating pages
KB downloaded - also doesn't really tell a story
Real people visiting, how many pages they viewed, how long they spent on a page, did they fill out the contact page / or call you, etc... those are the numbers that count

I don't have a clue. And yes this post is totally useless. C.W. can delete it as one of his first moderator duties.

And Bounce Rate...
What does bounce refer to?

What does bounce refer to?
How many people go to your Home Page (or another landing page) & simply exit out without checking out any other pages, etc...
If they are just looking for your phone number - that's fine

It means there was nothing on the page they landed on to interest them enough to look further.

so high bounce rate is bad?
It depends - if all they were looking for was your number, address, email, etc... no big deal
Maybe they liked the site but didn't have the time to check out & saved it - no big deal
Maybe they were outside your service area - also not a big deal
But in general, yes a high bounce rate would not be a good thing if you are trying to drive customers to call you, see what you offer

Or it could be a bot or spider or someone looking for something different, but using your key words.
I look at what the referral url is and where IPs are located as well.
