Shouldn't TD be accessible to anyone from the first time they're on rather than after a certain number of posts? No problem with waiting to join, but doesn't that force new registrants to post meaningless drivel to the other sections? Or am I missing something?

My Thought right now would be to have it visible to everyone.

With a sticky posted that if you a contractor, pm a mod for access and we can verify your a contractor and also make sure your profile is filled out completely.

Contractors should see TD with first access, see info about it and how to join, then join. If not, they will wander around the site and may never know about TD and leave. :confused:

It is now set up to be viewed by all members as they log in to the site. Admin changed it yesterday.
