Ok, we need a section for technical questions

Some questions aren't site suggestions, aren't really right in any other forum. So we need a place to ask questions about using the forums, or give tips and help on things like "how do I upload pics?" etc. Some good stickies at the beginning for the most common stuff would be good.

That's an interesting idea.
Give them help and point them to the FAQ, which is pretty complete.
