New section needed

Len, Rory, and The Paul. I think its time we had a section devoted to lead and the issues surrounding the new rules. Right now, everything we have is scattered around RC. An issue as important as this should have its own section. I would suggest moving all recent and related threads to this section also.

What about a Health and Safety section? That would cover it all then.

May I suggest Environmental and Health or something on that order. So fall protection and saw guards don't get posted there.
