IMO, this EPA forum is better suited to the contractors-only section.
Given the angst, legal issues and pricing debates, I suggest a public sticky related to basic RRP info and a private forum for contractors to discuss the trade specific issues.

Part of our reason for putting it where it will end up is the way we set up this V-Bulletin forum.

We have some things that are fast and easy and some sections are not so easy to install changes.

But that's a good suggestion.
