Whose fault is this? SM's? HO's? Contractor's? All of them? None of them?
Although we "like" SM so much, I think it's unfair to blame them in this case. Yall agree? Or should they be held responsible for cases like this?

Hell ya you can blame SM. What kind of advertising is that. We check them out, make sure they are license blah blah blah. And then in the fine print the redact everything they say in their advertisement. And the client is suppose to understand this.
Granted, you should always do your own information searches, but this is why you went through SM, they say they have already done this for you.
Just one more notch on SM already knifed up stick. All they are in MHO are thieves and liars.
