Then tell me I don't have enough

I saw the same title but when I tried to access the thread, it said I wasn't authorized.

I can see that 12 people have viewed it. It was the announcement about possibly being down. Can you access it from this page (http://www.remodelcrazy.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=36)?
It may be because it is a Global Announcement as opposed to a thread?
