Once you get the notification - you click on it - you should now have one from me which you can ignore if you like (like Bodger :rolleyes3:)- if you choose to accept it, at the very bottom is a place where you left click to show that they area a friend & click save changes

Done were now friends, or maybe not...

This works great for private chats - if one of your:friends" is on line you can chat privately
