I found a list of OSHA Requirements as far as lead paint work and employer requirements go.

I haven't had a chance to read much of this yet but I thought I would post the links here so we can have easy access to them. The EPA's RRP rule seems to point to OSHA's rule quite often.

Thought it would be handy to have them here for a quick link.

06/18/1991 - Lead-based paint removal technology (http://www.osha.gov/pls/oshaweb/owadisp.show_document?p_table=INTERPRETATIONS&p_id=20309)

03/01/1999 - Using X-ray fluorescence for analysis of lead in paint and applicability of other agencies lead levels. (http://www.osha.gov/pls/oshaweb/owadisp.show_document?p_table=INTERPRETATIONS&p_id=22701)

09/10/2008 - Requirement for an employer to conduct an exposure assessment for tasks involving lead-containing paint. (http://www.osha.gov/pls/oshaweb/owadisp.show_document?p_table=INTERPRETATIONS&p_id=27319)

As we all know; most states require their own set of standards for safety in the work place. If your concerned with something specific be sure to check your state requirements.
