In planning for future webinars, we're curious to know what content you're. If you have any suggestions not listed, please let us know.
You can vote for more than one, and afterwards post your top 3.

I picked 4, to of the designing, referral stimulation and sales.
Id be interested in web advertising but not really social advertising, so I didn't check that one.
Why haven't you voted yet?

One that I would like to add to the list is: Providing Astonishing Services to Your Clients-Ideas from the field.
We do things like provide plastic totes for them to pack and store items out of the way while we remodel. And we always leave their home cleaner then we found it. I'm looking for ideas on how to take it up a notch to make the whole experience more memorable for them.

In support of my last post... (Sorry Chris, Not trying to hijack your thread!)
From Seth Godin
"The least I could do
One way to think about running a successful business is to figure out what the least you can do is, and do that. That's actually what they spent most of my time at business school teaching me.
No sense putting more on that pizza, sending more staff to that event, answering the phone in fewer rings... what's the point? No sense being kind, looking people in the eye, being open or welcoming or grateful. Doing the least acceptable amount is the way to maximize short term profit.
Of course, there's a different strategy, a crazy alternative that seems to work: do the most you can do instead of the least.
Radically overdeliver.
Turns out that this is a cheap and effective marketing technique."

Bidding and estimating is going to be a whole new game as I stagger through the RRP. It will definitely add to my cost of doing business and I know for sure that everyone will not comply leaving me to compete with people that have normally followed the rules as well as the ones that continue to avoid them. Leaves me with tighter margins.
All my work is referral, but could use some improvement
Still don't have a website. Kinda goes back to the advertise/working from a referral base. Am very interested in it though, as I think that it will help even referred clients get to know me better.

Not everyone does kitchen/bath remodels Chris. Think up things for the other folks.
Here's a couple of suggestions.
New construction techniques
New codes & how they affect us
Some "how to's" like how to use design software, be it sketch up, autocad or for someone like me, decktools.

Point taken, and I wouldn't presume that.
It's hard to list everything possible (esp. trade related), and I listed those as a starting point. I appreciate your input.
