I may be your guinea pig. Just went and looked at a house that was built in 1952. I will be completing it before the April 22nd deadline (if awarded the work) and will do it to the standards that is put forth by the EPA for the RRP "rule". I will be blogging about it and will update this thread about the cost/time spent over and beyond what it would normally take (again.. if awarded the contract).
