Window world fined for lead violation?

Just heard that window world got fined 300,000 for not handing out lead pamphlets. Is this just talk? I've heard it from two different contractors. Looked on Google and nothing. Wondering if any of the web gurus here have any info or is this just the latest rumor?

Hmmm. I guess I should state that this is just a inquiry for confirmation of a unsubstantiated rumor. Last thing I need right now is a lawsuit. :surrender:

I haven't heard about that, but it coincides with what the EPA stated is going to happen

They are already gearing up for some high profile big statements to be made to "educate" the public.
