Good gun laws in GA too. Kennesaw GA for example, passed an ordinance in 1982 requiring all heads of household to own a firearm.

My kind of local government.

It seems like they could have easily written the law to exclude "prohibited persons". Just like the laws regarding purchase.
Some smart liberal lawyer from out of state probably challenged the law on constitutional grounds.
