As mentioned in other threads, I forgot to include my email address when submitting my Certified Firm application. As a result, while certified, my email address wasn't listed on the EPA CF listing and I haven't received the Lead-Safe artwork. Efforts to remedy this mimic Paul's folly to get his application sorted.
I just received an estimate request off my website from the EPA. (my email isn't listed on the site). They found me via an internet search, spent 12+ minutes on my site according to Analytics, and asked me to email or call to that they could send me the artwork and 'future marketing materials'.
I'm impressed by their due diligence and hope that the 'future marketing materials' aren't a photo of myself receiving a Publishers Clearing House sized notice of non-compliance on the front page of the Boston Globe.
EDIT: I just received an email reply and logo, 5min after emailing the woman to contacted me.
