Went to look at this place today for possible purchase, finish, and maybe live there or flip. Not sure yet. 5 acres and I estimate at least 12K sf on 4 levels. Wow, that sure is a shame to see that being neglected. Looks like it could be spectacular when finished. Wonder how many trades got stiffed?

Probably a lot. The owner was having it built and I guess ran out of money and went into bankruptcy. The bank got it since he was into them for about 1M. Who knows how much else he had borrowed from other sources. I estimate if it were fixed up properly and well appointed, landscaping, etc, it would probably be worth around 2.75M to 3M. I'm going to see what the bank will take but I need to buy no more than 500K. I expect to have to put 5-700K into it to do it right.

Youtube doesn't play until you click on it

I know, that's what I mean. You click on the arrow and the video plays. Why can't that happen for audio but only when a link or a linked graphic is clicked? Kind of a novice techie here.
