I need to strip the paint off of a garage floor and recoat it.

The existing is a 'latex epoxy' That is flaking off.

What would be the best thing to use to strip this off?

The HO wants to leave the parking area bare concrete, but wants to paint the storage area. What product would you recommend?

We used something from Jasco(?)
on the BIL's boat.
Wouldn't want to use it without
lots of ventilation!
Used a floor grinder on a basement
floor that was re-coated after.

A good pressure washer will take it right off and some of the motor oil that's under it.

Grind it. Thats becoming the industry standard. Stripping will drive you batty.
Another plus of a scarifier is no water. That means less chance of failure.

What Dan said.
Scarifier, and it will be properly prepped for whatever you are coating with
