The tile was actually laid by the crackhead previous owner of the house about 12 years ago.
Thinset everywhere, grout lines from 1/4" to 3/4", completely out of square, a total mess.
It is actually hard to see how bad it really is in the pics.
My friend now owns the house and just wanted some grout shoved in the joints to sell the place.

I am not much up on the color, and it looks a bit lumpy.. but your my boy.. gotta make you feel like you just tiled the taj mahal. My guess a double wide?

Crazy thing is, a lot of prospective buyers will only see the tile and not the flaws. They won't notice the humps until they trip over 12 times.

In that first picture I was really hoping that you have a very wide angle lens on the camera because of the curvy lines in the tile.
