with some updates from time to time:
10 years ago: http://customcarpentryatlanta.com/
7 years ago: http://premierbasements.com/
now (temp. home page): http://craftsmencarpentry.com/
yeah, dad has done a lot of work....on the new site, I put the page together in Illustrator...and now we have to figure out how to do the rest...I got him dreamweaver software about a year ago...it's a slooow process for both of us, as it has always been a hobby for pops...but he's always kept me on the first page for pertinent searches...don't ask how, no clue.

My sites a year old and I'm considering going to a complete word press site, same colors just want to be able to change it at whim.

here is the 1st draft. I am not crazy about the red header and diagonal pictures within it, Any input? http://referralx.com/PROOF/obrien2/

Good, but I'm lukewarm on your banner.

not bad. headers are tough to come up with something new but I would like to look at something different as well.

Ooops, header / banner same thing to me. Didn't like that curvy thing at the top.

I don't mind the curvy thing. I do mind the size of your logo in proportion to the rest of the stuff. Make it a lot smaller and use the real estate for something different.
Also, you might want them to increase the quality on those pics in the slideshow.
Man, I wish the FB people used some different templates for different sites - you could spot an FB site from 10 miles away. Pretty soon, the entire construction industry is going to have the same online look ;)

I would like you to use some tile as the title backdrop. Some slate maybe?

I think it's looking good Kevin, nice and clean. Make sure to have 'em change the "Premiere Kitchens and Kitchens", but I realize this is just a test page.
