Know of a good 14" rough-in toilet?
If the old one has to be replaced
this will turn into a two floor RRP nightmare.
Not to mention losing a great 90 year old
basket weave floor.

I have never seen a 14" before 10 and 12" Why do you need a 14"?

That one was rejected when we re-did
the bathroom, but I can't remember why?
It was 9 years ago so i'll have to revisit that.
Thanks for reminding me.
The plumber said that he didn't know of an
(just today) so his memory is no better than mine.

I'll look at that one, but I haven't heard
anything good about Gerber lately.
They used to be able to flush a puppy.

Is it an old wall mount tank?

I put a Gerber in the MIL's house and have not heard any complaints.

Sure is, with a new goose neck

If you are redoing the floor, why not put in an offset flange? I think they are 1.5" offset.

The idea is not to replace the floor.

Rory, I hope you finished your "estimate."
I forgot I had to meet a roofer
at 8:00 this morning.
To bad I remembered,
waste of time and gas...

Not the customer,
the "roofer."
In 15 minutes he told me
15 things that are just plain wrong.
He has theories that I have
known are wrong for 30 years.

http://i634.photobucket.com/albums/uu61/neoliticman/smilie/smilielaughing.gif It is a bit newer model
wall hung tank than that one.
I remember looking at those when
we did the remodel though.
FYI: The ProFlo gets some pretty low
ratings any place you look.
