No tech section

Since there is no technical section, I'll ask here. How come the message box shows html when composing a post rather than WYSIWYG? Do I need to turn something on or off or is this a change yet to be seen?

User CP - Settings & Options - Edit Options - scroll to the bottom (Misc. Options)
