All in all he did a great job on the bookshelves for what he had to work with. As a remodeler I do a lot of on sight work with the circular saw. chop saw and router. I used to have a job site saw, but stopped dragging it around once I figured out that I could do just as nice a job using jigs, straight edges. I still drag it around occasionally, but no where near as much as I used to.

They do it down south too,
but with our weather, I just find
the whole concept of an outdoor shop
to be humorous....

Here too. Nothing done during the winter and damn little in the spring once it starts raining.

As it is my shop stays pretty clean during the winter when I'm in there the majority of the time. During the spring and summer it's trashed most of the time because I'm in there just long enough to make a mess and then it's back to the job site.
