What are you Face To Face Swipe Rates and what are the Keyed in Rates?
What other monthly charges do you have?
Did you have to buy or rent the equipment?

Pay Pal. I can email an invoice through QuickBooks to the client and have them go on-line to Pay Pal and make a payment. Quick, easy, and saves time for the office staff.

I don't take cards now but with the clock shop, we used the service provided by Costco. Was reasonable, no problems. Have to be an Executive Member, though.

I just went with paypal - I had it up & running in about 45 minutes & most of that was reading their terms & conditions
Web based only - no monthly charges, just the transaction fee & percentage (pretty similar to everyone else's I looked at)

We've got it set us thru Quick Books... so it's simple and easy to use. Last year we ran probably 40% of our business thru CC's... this year I'll bet it's closer to 2--30%. Go figure...
Will be talking with another processing company (Federal??) later this week to see what they can offer...
