Hi Everyone,

My name is Chad and I'm a constructaholic.....

OK the truth is that I'm the greatest contractor in the world and you will all be lucky to learn from me. I've been doing this for 97 years and I'm a 16th generation general contractor. :grin:

My only question is I'm thinking about building a house....so how much do you think it will cost me to build it? :mad2:





Alright, now that we got the basics covered....I need to find my way around here but it looks good so far guys. Maybe I will actually contribute something helpful at some point but don't hold your breath.
