Well it has been a scorching hot week and seems to be getting worse by the day..

It is hot as hell and it is still early.. Got up yesterday at 6am and it was already 83 degrees..

Next week will be 90+ and with the nice addition of DC humidity.. :censored:

You should see some cooler weather for a day or two.. in a day or two. Yeah it is getting pretty hot, yesterday was NICE and today is not so bad so far, bit hot but not too bad 88deg.

I don't mind the heat that much. Its when the humidity makes 98 turn into 108

We stay around 30% humidity. Its perfect. I lived in Atlanta for 2 years. That was painful (especially for this Yankee)

Ya I was watching the US Open in Pebble Beach last weekend on tv and peeps had sweaters on. Aint that out there by the Bodger? I thought Cali was warm all the time and even warmer in the summer.

We had a couple storms last night and the humidity wasn't as bad today.

Yesterday I felt positively ill by 2pm and had a heat rash on my legs.

Didn't help that I was doing a warranty job and the window panel shattered right after we finally got in the opening. :bigcry::smash:

Had a tornado come through Bridgeport. No where near me. Did a good amount of damage.

Yeah, it's been pretty miserable here, I think we're on our 15th day in the mid 90's, no rain for 10 days or so...and muggy as hell.

I was working in the yard for 6-7 hours yesterday...all I can say is thank god for beer.

been getting heat indexes in the 110*s for the past few weeks.
usually its August before it gets that bad....

My brother is a GC in Bullhead City, across the Colorado River from Laughlin, Nevada. He and his crew work from daybreak to about 10 am, when it is 110! They head for the river for the rest of the day.
