Here's a great opportunity to get some Historic Preservation based, business insights from one of the best instructors in the field.

John Leeke is a preservation consultant from Portland, Maine. John helps owners, tradespeople, architects, and contractors understand and maintain historic buildings. He has been and still spends a good part of his time “with hammer in hand”. He is a frequent lecturer for APT International, The National Trust for Historic Preservation, and the Traditional Building Exhibition and
Conference.

I will be attending this class on November 4‐5, 2010 and encourage anyone else who has an interest in this work to attend as well.

Here is a link to the event if you would like to go: http://www.preservationworks.org/pdf/Business%20Side%20%20of%20preservation_Nov2010.pdf

people of influence can know, like and trust you. You can have the best
contracting business around, do quality work at a fare price in record
speed, but if no one knows you what good is it?

The conference will be open to any other business related questions or
issues you want to bring up. There is no fee to join this online video
conference.
