These were an interesting build.
Here is a picture of some little shelves I made for a NYC apartment kitchen. I made 35 of these, they will be for her salt and pepper shaker collection. They are 6" x 6" x 1" and she wanted them to float, with no support showing. They are painted high gloss white.

They will mount on this, it gets mounted to a stud or a molly bolt.

In her house she collects tea kettles. In her apartment, because it is so small she thought she would collect something small and that is what she came up with.

You said you're "making" them, they "will" mount and you "need to make" 35 of these.
Are we in the present, future or past with these chotksies?
This thread is from today, right?

The first part of the thread is from a WWT post (http://www.woodworkingtalk.com/f9/arent-they-cuuuute-7605/) I made quite a while ago. I fixed the grammar to the past tense (picky picky). I finally got some pics from them of the mounted shelves. This is in the gloss white kitchen I made for them.

Picky he says.
Takes me into the Twilight Zone, some parallel universe salt shaker time warp, makes me read the thread three times to figure out WTF I wasn't getting about the whole affair and then admits it was lifted out of some past thread from another site.
You knocked on the door to my brain and when I answered, nobody was there.
Next time leave a bag of flaming dog crap at least so I know I'm not going any crazier.
:laugh3::laugh3::laugh3:
Nice shelves by the way. I would like something similar to display my collection of high caliber rifle ammo. :grin:

I cant "lift" my own thread.....I simply transferred it. :laugh3:
I have a couple of unfinished ones kicking around the shop somewhere. The one in the picture mounted on the wall is still there, in my shop, on the wall.
Bag of dog crap is on the way.......
