You had to look carefully, but it did say in the e-mail alert that it was for the 19th and some wierd time zone number that doesn't mean anything to me.

You MUST hold the seminar at either one of two hours. My broken wrist watch will only be correct at those two times of the day, otherwise I won't be there.

Is it going to be recorded so anyone can watch it at a later date? I'll be in NY with that crappy connection and I really want to see this.

OK, excuse me for being stupid but what exactly is a webinar. Is it a video conference, a web based chat room, or what?

Ed,
The seminar is free for everyone but you - you'll need to pre-pay. And I make it 'easy' for those of you that can't read well.

She is cheap and easy?

Nahhhh, you have to be BS'ing.

By the way, please list the times in all time zone formats in this country.

Canadiens don't need to know though, so skip Canadien Time, aka Back Bacon and Beer Break.....

Let's make this one about websites alone.
What's important to have, what's not.
There's been a lot of discussions of people hating their site, wanting to get started, etc. Let's start with the basics.

And if you are daring, you can submit your website for review.
Does anyone/everyone have Google Analytics on their website???

If you have questions, feel free to shoot them to me ahead of time.

This will lead directly into the next topic:
Search Engine 101 (SEO & PPC)

We'll all be connected on the phone like a conference call and you'll be able to see my computer screen (but you'll miss my manic gesticulations). I'll pull up different websites as examples and perhaps some PowerPoint slides.

And I'll be able to see if you're not paying attention and surfing other sites...

Is the new title better?

Goddess of Google visits the Remodel Crazy website.
or
Goddess of Google enters Thunderdome

or just what would you prefer?

We like edgy, but that causes some problems.

I got my headset thingy for you. But it's in one of those horrible plastic enclosures that requires impaling oneself in the process of opening it. So if I bleed to death in the process, will someone else carry on the webinar for me?

Booted by host.

Hey, I have a recommendation for everyone who uses a mic (other than the person hosting) to get headsets with auto-muting mics.

Otherwise we will have feedback and echo....

So is the intermission over? I have snacks and am ready for act 2

Ok I got good news and bad news. The recording feature works.

Bad news. I got bumped off during a power failure and I only recorded the first 6 minutes. Len restarted the recording but it seems that it was not captured.

So Rory screwed up and I think the webinar was not recorded. I went out and purchased a Back up generator, 2 satellite phones, mre's and Mike is building me a safe room to house everything in so that we never loose transmission and recordings again

I really wanted to be there, but couldn't get back to the office in time. Is there any way we could get a summary of what was discussed, or can GoogleGirl go back over the important stuff at the next webinar, so it will be archived?

I really appreciate what you guys are doing over here. Excellent job!

How do you think I felt, going on and on before realizing that there was no one there?:censored:

I will forever now have a complex about that. The other problem with a webinar is that you miss my crazy gestures. Doing it with a mouse isn't quite the same!
