Thanks, Paul for inviting me a while back. Looks like there's lots of great info here.
I'm part of the team at the corporate office at Counterfit Systems in Nixa, MO. Our top product at the moment is a product called Shirestone. We've got some other stuff in the works, though. I'll post some photos from time to time in the available albums but, as a vendor, I promise not to just spam the threads like crazy. If anybody wants any information whatsoever, shoot me a pm or email and I'm happy to answer anything I can. Look forward to reading your posts.

I appreciate the kind words, guys. I'll give a quick rundown of what exactly it is that we do.
We are a poured in place, completely seamless, lightweight countertop. They are only poured 3/8 to 1/2 inch thick and are done directly over existing tops (perfect retrofit) or over newly built substrates. They are then colored and sealed on site. The process usually takes about 3 days for a large area. We are unlimited in color and target design-rich, higher end markets. The product is 2.3 times harder than standard concrete and is heat resistant up to 7000 degrees.
Division 2 of what we do is getting involved in architectural elements including custom interchangeable tile (different tile backsplash for the seasons, moods, sports teams, whatever) range hoods, sinks, vanities, crown molding, corbels, door/window trim, and other various stone millworks.
Division 3 is our newest product and most exciting. It targets a MUCH larger market and looks pretty darn close to shirestone, with its limits being in coloration and shape. Its a brand new chemistry that is pre colored, completely waterproof (perfect for external, showers, tub surrounds) and goes off in just a couple hours. We can now train our dealers to form, pour, and color tops in just one day creating at natural stone top that is cheaper than some laminates. We're ready to make a huge splash in the countertop world and we're getting lots of attention. Very very exciting.
Like I said, I don't want to feel like I'm just here "advertising"... I've always been a part of the building world and I enjoy "lurking". If anybody wants to learn more, I'm happy to send you a link to our next general info web event or talk to you personally.
Thanks

If Len doesn't mind, (my understanding is he is the puppeteer pulling Paul & Rory's strings) I'd say post the link. Web events seem to be popular.
We are just getting into concrete counters and I'm about neck deep in that right now. Perhaps later I'll let fly with a ton of questions about your product. I would be curious about your next general web event.
Good Luck

And send the set up fee check to Reverend Paul Lesieur, Universal Life Church.
Just put my name on it and I'll see the church gets it:grin:

Welcome here. Post some samples. We have a company around here called Granite Solutions. Seen their work once but it is a silestone-like material about 1/4 to 3/8 thick skin that goes over counters, etc. Not poured in place though. I will check out your website. Thanks.
