I have been working in DC and Maryland and we have been buying lumber from a few sources and all of them have had the worse lots of lumber I have seen in years.
Usually we get a skid of 2x4's and they might be 4 or 5 bad ones, but it seems to be more bad pieces in a skid lately.
Even when I go in to pick up 20 or 30 pieces I have to go through 100 to fine 20 good ones.
I expect it from Blowes and Despot but my lumber yards usually have first rate stuff
Has anyone else noticed this or is it just a bad lot of lumber lately
