When I became a mod at another forum, I thought all the new buttons were cool! Then I realized I had to use them! The novelty soon wore off! LOL

Counting the members who have at least 100 posts, excluding the moderators/administrators, there are now 6 staff members to police the top 23 posters who have at least 100 posts.

Can you imagine how crowded the staff will get when this forum membership rises to 100.....1,000.....etc...vociferous posting members?

I suggest you guys organize to form a union and strike for better benefits. You already have the Seniority Thing going for you, so just find a shovel to lean on and watch all the future apprentices do the work for you.
