The sink seems like it could be
kind of messy, not to mention
soap scum in the tank?

I can't imagine a client who'd pay for the level of finish shown in that picture AND choose that toilet.

Who wants to straddle the tank while washing your hands?

I like the concept but the execution is...awkward.
