My name is David Lupberger, and I just joined the forum. I'm the author of the Remodelers Turnkey Program, and Fez-Head who is familiar with my program, suggested that I join.
I was a design/build remodeling contractor for over 20 years, and somewhere in there discovered there was a better way to do business. After spending over 15 years working in Wash DC, I started to document and copy what the most successful remodelers were doing. I implemented these into my own business, and then discovered that other contractors could use my templates. Hence, the Remodelers Turnkey Program was born. I also wrote a book entitled "Managing the Emotional Homeowner", and have had the pleasure to visit over 50 NARI and Remodeling Council association chapters to deliver educational programs.
So, I'm not actively remodeling anymore, but am still actively involved in the industry. I'm looking forward to exchanging notes. Now, I'm a little older, so getting the hang of the blog is a new experience for me, so be patient as it may take me some time to respond. However, an old dog can learn new tricks, so look for me on the forums. I look forward to communicating with you.

Welcome to RC
We have probably met or fought over some client or other.
Fez says all people from DC are smart
I have to agree
There are a few others here who would agree also
Again Welcome

Welcome to RC forums. I'll be looking froward to your participation here, sounds like an interesting background.
Any questions on how things work in the forum, just ask, there are lots of helpful people around. Also you can visit our FAQ page (in the menu at the top), there is a lot of information in there.

It's a good read.
I've been talking about it for a while but I just received Dave's Home Asset Management Program (http://www.marketsharp.com/admin/uploads/public_download/HAMP_Examples.pdf) and will be getting it off the ground this month. I'll let you know how it goes.
