I love the jig, I was thinking of creating a tapered bed and cutting them with a dado on a RAS. I like your idea much better. You da man Leo. I was thinking of telling you the dado was 23/32" just to see how close you'd get. :laugh4:

They have undersized bits for plywood, I would have just needed to get that instead of the full 3/4". And to bad your 1" is really only 0.982......:grin:
